I had my first treatment with Eric and Susan today after a very informative consultation. They are an amazing team and answered all my questions regarding the process of tattoo removal. I expected a lot of pain, but it was a very painless session and Susan allowed me to control how fast the treatment went based on my comfort level. Pricing was very reasonable and honestly I was so impressed with the overall experience! I can’t wait to see the end results!

I cant put into words how thankful I am to have found Eric and Susan Wells and know I am in the best hands possible during this tattoo removal process. There are a lot of businesses out there that offer tattoo removal but if you truly want the BEST you should absolutely go to them. My experience from the initial consultation, to the first treatment, to the days afterwards have been great and it is all because of them. From the moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed and Eric did a fantastic job explaining everything in great detail to me in the consultation in terms of the technology of the machines, the awesome science behind finding the best level of treatment for YOU based on YOUR individual ethnic/skin characteristics and the different pricing packages they offered- which were extremely reasonable! Once you met them you can instantly feel how wonderfully kind both of Eric and Susan are and see that they did not get into this business merely for profit but because they truly and genuinely desire to help their clients rid their tattoos the RIGHT way by providing them with the best technology and a personalized treatment plan that’s will give them the best results. The beginning of the 1st treatment I was nervous and not sure about the pain but Eric got me through it seamlessly-continuously asking if I needed a break, talking to me through it all and helping me feel relaxed and after about 5 minutes the pain was not as bad and before I knew it I was done! It is day 4 and the healing has been going extremely well and I can’t thank both of them enough for checking in on me the 3 days after treatment and answering every question I had sent either of them through text immediately. Both Eric and Susan’s kindness and support has been huge and letting me know I can call or text them anytime and I am never a bother gives me such peace of mind. Excited to see the progression of the tattoo fading and looking forward to my next 4 appointments. Thank you so much Eric and Susan for truly being the best!

The staff is super friendly and professional. I have had tattoo, Vein, and skin pigment lesion removal. All have been virtually painless. Everything healed great. The price is fantastic. I love this group. Will continue to use their services.

This practice truly cares about your well being. Prior to any laser treatment, they walk you through the process and talk about your ailments/concerns you may have on your first visit. If they feel you are not a good candidate, they will let you know. I highly recommend them!

Was happy to find these guys, very clean and professional environment. Didnt think that could be topped but now a month after treatment i am floored with my progress! Excited for the next session and ultimately to be rid of these tat!

All around great experience… Eric and Susan were caring, very educational,and fast and kept me calm threw the whole process. it was Very easy to work with and schedule with. Meeting the two of them I felt like I met to genuinely nice people who were very educated and good at what they did. Also any of you guys that have face tattoos from jail prison they remove them free face jail tattoos or hand tattoos. I can’t go on to brag about them enough great experience thank you guys
